Abin Francis is a corporate and transactions lawyer based in Delhi NCR and a member of DMD Advocates’ Corporate practice. He routinely advises domestic and international clients on transactions spanning M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and business transfers, with a focus on real estate-linked transactions. He also advises on transaction-adjacent corporate matters, including ongoing compliance, board/shareholder processes for operating businesses and investment SPVs, and on workforce and integration elements where relevant to transaction execution.

He has advised a wide range of clients, including private equity sponsors, multinational corporations, Indian conglomerates, and high-growth companies, across sectors such as real estate, technology/software, semiconductors, manufacturing, and renewable energy in relation to routine compliance and advisory matters spanning sectors.

Prior to joining DMD Advocates, Abin has worked with prominent law firms in India, including Khaitan & Co, JSA Advocates & Solicitors, and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
