His practice spans complex tax disputes, strategic advisory, and regulatory compliance, serving a diverse clientele that includes multinational corporations, large domestic enterprises, and emerging businesses.
Rahul regularly appears before all levels of tax adjudicatory authorities in India, including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. He is known for his robust courtroom presence and deep technical understanding, which allows him to navigate nuanced legal and procedural challenges effectively.
In addition to his litigation practice, Rahul advises clients on cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, GST, and other evolving areas of tax law. His solutions-oriented approach has helped clients manage tax risk and structure their transactions and operations efficiently in line with Indian tax regulations.
