He works closely with clients to craft effective legal strategies that mitigate risk and ensure strong defence throughout trial and appellate stages. His nuanced understanding of both substantive and procedural law, combined with his experience across forums, makes him a trusted advisor in contentious matters.
Prior to joining DMD Advocates, Abhishek has been associated with Chambers of Aman Lekhi (then Additional Solicitor General of India) and Chambers of Ms. Sonia Mathur (Sr. Advocate) and advised clients on a wide range of litigation and disputes, including criminal investigations and trials, helping them navigate sensitive and high-profile matters with discretion and clarity before various courts of the country.
