Pallavi Puri is a Partner at DMD Advocates and works with the Corporate Group. She has over 18 years of experience and specializes in M&A (listed and unlisted), private equity investments and general corporate commercial.

She has been representing domestic and multi-national companies in cross-border transactions across industry sectors, advising on foreign direct investments, joint ventures and the like. She also has represented various strategic and financial investors, particularly private equity funds and investee companies in a variety of investments and exits. She worked with Trilegal, AZB and was a partner with JSA before joining DMD Advocates.
