Sachit Jolly is a Senior Advisor and has a wealth of experience in advising and representing various Indian and foreign clients from the aviation, telecom, media, finance, education, healthcare, FMCG, IT, oil & gas and pharmaceutical sectors before the Arbitral Tribunals, Tax Tribunals, various High Courts and the Supreme Court on varied tax and legal issues, including international taxation, GST, transfer pricing, arbitration, white-collar crimes and money laundering.

Sachit is one of the youngest lawyers to be rated in the top 100 lawyers by India Business Law Journal in 2018. He is a "Highly Regarded" in the category of "Tax Controversy" India by World Tax Review, 2021 & 2022. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners in the category of "up and coming" professionals in tax law for his track record in contentious direct tax cases. He has also been rated as one of the top three upcoming lawyers in India in the field of taxation by Vahura.

Sachit is the Co-Chair of Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the ADR Committee of LawAsia. He contributes regularly to Indian and International journals. Recent publications include article on Equalization Levy published by Financial Express and The Equalisation Levy: Dodging Existing Treaty Obligations Through a "Moral Tax", published by the British Tax Review B.T.R. 2020, 4,584-596. He earned his LL.B.(H) degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and ITAT Bar Association.
