Saiyam Chaturvedi is a Partner in the Corporate Group at DMD Advocates, bringing more than 14 years of diverse experience to the firm’s transactional and advisory practice. He advises Indian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters both in listed and unlisted space. Saiyam regularly counsels on foreign exchange regulations and securities law issues, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory frameworks for cross-border and domestic transactions and regulatory advises clients on SEBI AIFs, PMS and Investment Advisory matters.

In addition to his core corporate work, Saiyam has gained exposure to competition law matters, adding a valuable perspective to deals that require antitrust considerations. Before joining DMD Advocates, he worked with leading Indian law firms AZB & Partners and Link Legal India Law Services, and also served as in-house counsel with IndiGo Airlines. He has earned his LL.B. from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow, in 2011.
