Saurabh Singh Ahluwalia is a Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at DMD Advocates, bringing over 11 years of experience in handling complex and high-profile criminal litigation across India. He has represented a wide spectrum of clients, including corporates, public figures, and individuals, before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various District Courts, Tribunals, and quasi-judicial forums.

Saurabh’s practice focuses on criminal law, white collar crime, economic offences, money laundering (PMLA), matrimonial disputes, and cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act. He regularly advises clients on litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution in both pre-litigation and ongoing legal proceedings. He played a pivotal role in a number of landmark and sensitive matters, including those involving alleged corruption, medical negligence, cyber fraud, cheque dishonour, narcotics, and homicide. He also represented several clients before investigative agencies such as the CBI, ED, and SFIO.

Saurabh holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Before joining DMD Advocates, Saurabh was associated with Tarun Goomber & Associates.
