Tarinee Sudan is a Partner in the Corporate Group at DMD Advocates, bringing over 12 years of diverse and in-depth legal experience. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving both listed and unlisted entities, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate advisory.

Tarinee routinely advises multinational corporations, financial institutions, and Indian conglomerates on structuring and executing complex transactions across sectors, ensuring regulatory compliance and strategic alignment. Her work also encompasses employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, including interfacing with SEBI, RBI, and other sectoral regulators.

Before joining DMD Advocates, Tarinee was with S&R Associates, where she advised on several high-profile M&A and capital markets matters. She holds a B.A. LL.B.
