Anuradha Dutt | Judge at Oxford-Style Debate at SIAC Annual India Conference 2024

Our Founder and Managing Partner (Delhi), Ms. Anuradha Dutt, judged the Oxford-style debate on the motion “This House Believes That a World Without Investment Arbitration Would Be a Better Place” at the SIAC Annual India Conference 2024.

The conference, held at The Oberoi, New Delhi, featured distinguished speakers, including Hon’ble Justice Sundaresh Menon, Chief Justice of the Singapore Supreme Court, and prominent members of the SIAC Board and Court.

Competiton Partner Vivek agarwal with team conducted workshop at NLU, Odisha

We are delighted to share that our competition partner, Vivek Agarwal, along with associates, Divyansh Prasad and Rohan Zaveri, conducted a two-day workshop on competition law at National Law University Odisha on 6th and 7th October 2023. Trisha Shreyashi, consultant, DMD Advocates also participated in the workshop.

The interactive workshop included discussions with students on a broad spectrum of topics such as recent developments to the Indian competition law regime, key enforcement provisions, regulation of combinations and the new-age competition law issues including, big data, digital markets, platform neutrality and anti-steering. The workshop also included an interactive session on career prospects in the competition law domain.

Founder & Managing Partner, Anuradha Dutt, Engages in Oxford-Style Debate on Indian Arbitration Law

We are delighted to share that Anuradha Dutt (Founder & Managing Partner, Delhi), recently took the center stage in an Oxford-style debate at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre Annual India Conference.

The debate, titled “This House Believes That Indian Arbitration Law Should Have a Binary Regime with Two Separate Acts, One for Domestic Arbitrations and the Other for International Arbitrations,” brought together legal luminaries to discuss this critical topic.

This motion was judged by former Chief Justice of India UU Lalit and former Supreme Court judge Justice AK Sikri.
