DMD Advocates has announced promotions for 2022. Overall, 18 lawyers have been promoted at various levels across different practice areas in Delhi & Mumbai offices.

Suman Yadav, in the dispute resolution team in Delhi, has been promoted to partner. With extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitrations, she has represented several domestic and multinational clients before forums, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, regulatory authorities, and arbitral tribunals. A law graduate from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, she is also registered as an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India.

Munindra Dvivedi (litigation & arbitration), Rohit Garg (taxation), and Mrunal Parekh (taxation) have been promoted to Associate Partner.

Ashima Dewan, Saiyam Chaturvedi, Haaris Fazili, Tarinee Sudan and Divya Sharma have been promoted to Counsel. In addition, Divay Rastogi, Anuj Shah, Ayush Dhawan, Ambar Bhushan and Chaitanya Kaushik have been promoted to Principal Associate. Also, Aathira Pillai, Disha Jham, Sukanya Bhattacharya and Vrinda Bagaria have been promoted to Senior Associate.

These promotions take the overall partner strength at DMD to 19, including 3 Associate Partners.
