DMD Advocates has advised Ramesh Pillai, Jaya Pillai, and Karthik Pillai, the shareholders of Mullackal Polymers Private Limited, in connection with the sale of their shares in the company to IPACKCHEM Group SAS. Mullackal Polymers Private Limited is inter alia engaged in the business of manufacturing barrier and conventional non-barrier rigid plastic packaging, jerry cans, caps/enclosures, measuring cups, plugs, etc. With this acquisition, Mullackal Polymers Private Limited would become a wholly owned subsidiary of IPACKCHEM Group SAS.
