DMD Advocates acted as legal counsels to Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp, a special purpose acquisition company listed on Nasdaq, in relation to the proposed merger with Roadzen Inc., a global insurance technology company.
The transaction for DMD Advocates was led by Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate) along with Tarinee Sudan (Counsel), Priyanka Hazarika (Associate), Astha Jindal (Associate) and Aditi Kumari (Associate). Saiyam Chaturvedi (Counsel), Divay Rastogi (Principal Associate), Aditya Sharma (Associate), Sartthak Kapur (Associate), Ela Bharti (Associate) and Rukmini Mukherjee (Associate) assisted the transaction team in the due diligence exercise.
