DMD Advocates advised Khaba Renewable Energy Private Limited, a company engaged in the business of developing ISTS grid-connected solar photovoltaic power project and its shareholder – Enel Green Power India Private Limited, in relation to the sale of 100% shareholding in Khaba Renewable Energy Private Limited to Solairedirect Energy India Private Limited, a global renewable energy company focused on solar power.
The transaction was led by Pallavi Puri, Partner, along with the Associates, Aishwarya Gupta and Arnav Mithal. The team was involved in drafting, negotiation of the transaction documents and closing of the deal.
