Roadzen Inc., a global insurance technology company, announced the completion of its previously announced business combination with Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp., a special purpose acquisition company. DMD Advocates acted as legal counsel to Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp. advising on applicable Indian laws.
The transaction for DMD Advocates was led by Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner and Head of Corporate) along with Tarinee Sudan (Associate Partner), Priyanka Hazarika (Senior Associate), Astha Jindal (Associate) and Aditi Kumari (Associate).
