DMD Advocates advised Exploring Infinities Edtech Private Limited (Bhanzu), a global math learning platform founded in 2020 by Neelakantha Bhanu, in raising $15 million in Series A funding led by global investment firm Eight Roads Ventures. B Capital also invested in this round along with Lightspeed (an existing investor in Bhanzu).
The transaction for DMD Advocates was led by our Partner, Sumit Sinha, along with Counsel, Ashima Dewan, Senior Associate, Sukanya Bhattacharya and Associate Arnav Mithal. DMD’s corporate transactional and advisory practice group is headed by Senior Partner, Rashi Dhir.
