DMD Advocates Advises Investment Fund Denmark and FMO on USD 100 Million Investment in Radiance Renewables

DMD Advocates is advising Investment Fund Denmark (formerly IFU) and FMO, the Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank, on their investment in Radiance Renewables Private Limited, a leading India-focused commercial and industrial renewable energy platform backed by Eversource Capital.
Under this transaction, Impact Fund Denmark and FMO have each committed approximately USD 50 million, aggregating to a total capital infusion of USD 100 million. The investment will support Radiance Renewables’ next phase of growth and expansion across solar, hybrid wind-solar, and battery energy storage projects in India.
The transaction team was led by Rashi Dhir (Senior Partner & Head of Corporate), along with Saiyam Chaturvedi (Partner), Kajal Tandon (Counsel), Priyanka Hazarika (Senior Associate), and Aditi Kumari (Associate).
The due diligence was led by Tarinee Sudan (Partner) along with Priyanka Hazarika (Senior Associate), Aditi Kumari (Associate), Jasmine Brar (Associate), Shriya Sehgal (Associate), Sarvagya Shankar (Associate), and Rohan Chatterjee (Associate).
The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of customary conditions precedent and regulatory approval.
