DMD Advocates advised WSB Real Estate Partners Private Limited in connection with the issue of senior, unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures by Realnet Spaces & Services Private Limited.
The transaction involved the drafting and negotiation of the financing and security package, including the debenture trust deed, indenture of mortgage, deed of hypothecation, escrow agreement, security perfection deliverables, and other ancillary transaction documents.
