DMD Advocates acts on “SuperYou” fundraise from V3 Ventures, Rainmatter and Gruhas Collective

DMD Advocates advised Elite Mindset Private Limited (the owner of SuperYou), Think9 Consumer Technologies, and Nikunj Biyani on the legal documentation for an investment of INR 63 crore by V3 Ventures, Zerodha-backed Rainmatter, and Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund I, backed by Nikhil Kamath and Abhijeet Pai.
Elite Mindset was co-founded by actor Ranveer Singh and Nikunj Biyani and is supported by Think9 Consumer Technologies, a multi-brand consumer platform. Elite Mindset’s flagship brand, SuperYou, offers protein bars and plans to deploy the fresh capital towards research and development, launching new products, and expanding into adjacent categories across food and nutritional supplements.
The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), and Nardeep Chawla (Associate).
