DMD Advocates Acts on Tata Capital Healthcare Fund’s USD 30 Million Investment in Tenet Diagnostics

DMD Advocates represented Tata Capital Healthcare Fund III and other investors in connection with a USD 30 million investment in Tenet Medcorp Private Limited. The transactions involved conducting a legal due diligence on Tenet Medcorp Private Limited and its subsidiaries, as well as drawing up and finalising the necessary transaction documentation.
Tenet Diagnostics was founded in 2018 and has emerged as a leading integrated diagnostics platform. Tenet runs more than 35 radiology and pathology centres across 14 states and operates a pan-India B2B laboratory network offering more than 3,000 super-speciality tests.
The transaction was led by Vihang Virkar (Lead Partner, Mumbai Corporate Practice Group), along with Monika Deshmukh (Partner), Pooja Shah (Principal Associate), Disha Jain (Associate), Vanshikha Choraria (Associate), and Nardeep Chawla (Associate).
