DMD Advocates Advises Juno Joule on FEED Agreement with thyssenkrupp nucera India for 260 MW Green Hydrogen Project

DMD Advocates is advising Juno Joule Green Energy Private Limited (Juno Joule) in connection with its collaboration including execution of a Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) Engineering Services Agreement (FEED Agreement) with thyssenkrupp nucera India Private Limited (thyssenkrupp nucera India), a subsidiary of thyssenkrupp nucera AG & Co. KGaA, a globally leading provider of high-efficiency electrolysis technologies. Pursuant to the FEED Agreement, thyssenkrupp nucera India aims to design an integration concept for ‘Alkaline Water Electrolysis’ into Juno Joule’s proposed 260-megawatt green hydrogen facility in India, and it is thyssenkrupp nucera India’s first Indian green hydrogen project.
Following this phase, the partners will explore next steps, including a potential Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication contract.
